2008 Teton Construction
Built to Withstand the Elements 365 Days a Year

Teton's T-joist roof system is one of
the lightest, strongest and best insulated in
the industry with a composite R value of 25
  • Vinyl poly film roof membrane which will not chalk, fade, mildew or discolor has less weight than conventional EPDM roofs and warrantied for 12 years against water leaks.
  • Roofs feature ventilators for our convection attic ventilation system, which eliminates condensation and deterioration and helps maintain even temperatures inside the coach.
  • Gel-coated fiberglas contoured radiused eaves join the roof membrane to the exterior wall.
  • Felt backing under the vinyl poly film membrane provides superior bonding strength and gives greater resistance to punctures and tears.
  • Oriented strand board (OSB) roof sheathing secured with glue and screws to rafters. These panels are 24' long so there is only one seam on the entire roof.
  • R19 blanket fiberglass insulation with asphalt Kraft-backed vapor barrier.
  • 'T' joist rafters every 16 inches.
  • Lauan panels.
  • 3/8" foam pad for extra insulation and sound absorption.

More Features
European style hidden face-frame hinges mean there are no unsightly hinges or visible screws in Teton's rich hardwood cabinetry.

Dovetailed drawer assemblies are crafted to last and glide easily on steel epoxy enameled double-roller drawer guides. Available in the Royal only.

Our vacubonded sidewalls are lighter and stronger
than walls with "hand laid-up" exterior glass, and
feature an overall insulating value of R10
  • High gloss fiberglass for an exceptional exterior look and weathering quality.
  • Fiberglass and lauan panels are manufactured to form a one-piece exterior skin by laying the panels into the wet fiberglass and vacu-bonding them together. This one-piece composite is then applied to our vacu-bonding process of the wall frame. This means added structural integrity and durability to the customer.
  • Sidewall adhesive used over the entire area of inner components is the final component in our super strong solid composite sidewalls.
  • 1 1/2" polystyrene block foam insulation.
  • 2X2 lumber framed walls designed for longevity and better insulation values.
  • Wood frame won't crack at joints and handles the stresses placed on our coach better than a metal framed wall.
  • Interior decor paneling.
Heating Test: Performed at Dometic's
test chamber in LaGrange Indiana
In Dometic's comprehensive test chamber, Teton's furnace kept cycling, ensuring continuous and comfortable temperatures - even in below zero outside temperatures. Tetons are liveable 365 days a year. No wonder they are America's first choice in full-time RVs.

Teton's® central air conditioning two-duct system
has a 70% sound reduction from most
roof-ducted air conditioning systems.

  • Supply and return air conditioning ducts running straight from front to rear providing unrestricted and ample air flow to all areas of the coach. 1½" Styrofoam insulation is applied tot he top and bottom of these ducts.
